The emergence of the MG ZS continues to be the big news in the passenger car sales data that ANFAC has published, corresponding to the month of September. The Chinese SUV has achieved a total of 2,432 registrations, surpassing by a large margin the Peugeot 2008, the model that has obtained second place in this ranking. Closing the podium is a classic among the top, the Nissan Qashqai, a model that continues to bring joy to Nissan.
According to ANFAC data, passenger car sales during the month of September have amounted to 67,420 units, a figure that represents an increase of 18.5% during 2023, although they are still 15% lower than those existing before the pandemic.
The top ten for the month of September once again shows the absolute dominance of models with an SUV-type body, which have occupied eight of the top ten positions in the sales ranking. Among them, the MG ZS stands out once again, imposing its law for the second consecutive month. Furthermore, MG is the brand that is growing the most in the Spanish market, with an increase in sales of 566% compared to the same month of the previous year.
