"The ministry submitted to the Ukrainian authorities the demand, within the framework of the convention on terrorist bombings and the convention on the financing of terrorism, for the immediate arrest and handover of all persons involved in the attacks," he noted. Russian diplomacy in a statement.

Moscow affirms that the serious attack against the concert hall on March 22, which shocked the entire world, "is not the first terrorist attack against our country in recent times" and points out that investigations point to the involvement of Ukraine, although without offering specific data.

The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack, and U.S. officials said they had intelligence showing it was carried out by the network's Afghan branch, the Islamic State Khorasan, or ISIS-K.
