The open automobile culture parks on the avenue of luxury

At the confluence of Passeig de Gràcia and Diagonal, Casa Seat is a space for meeting and energizing the social and cultural life of the city that pays tribute to the link that unites the automobile manufacturer with Barcelona. Since its inauguration, just over three years ago (in the middle of the pandemic), Casa Seat has not only revealed itself as a key actor in the reactivation of the citizen pulse, but is already a consolidated reference in the cultural field of the Catalan capital.

In this intense period, the 2,600 m2 of surface occupied at number 109 - a unique building renovated by the prestigious Carlos Ferrater studio and divided into several floors (three of them with public access and the rest for company offices) - have hosted more than 700 conferences and meetings.

In total, more than 450,000 people have visited its facilities to participate in a wide variety of proposals for citizens, from exhibitions, concerts, literary talks and children's workshops, to conferences and colloquiums on mobility, technology or innovation. Open and dynamic, Casa Seat acts as a vehicle for promoting and displaying the values ​​and products of Seat and Cupra, but also as a multidisciplinary sociocultural space.

At number 84 Passeig de Gràcia, the Swedish electric vehicle firm Polestar inaugurated, in October 2022, its first Space in Spain. It is a revolutionary concept in the sale of automobiles that occupies an area of ​​more than 200 m2 and allows product tests to be scheduled, as well as knowing each model in detail. It is a retail establishment that moves away from the concept of a traditional dealership to become a well-kept space where everything revolves around the vehicle and the customer, true protagonists for the brand.

For its part, the flexible mobility solutions company Lynk
