With the support of the Prevention and Reaction Unit -UPR- of the Torremolinos-Benalmádena Police Station and an agent of the French National Police in the framework of the European Police Stations project, the agents established a device that resulted in the arrest of the fugitive. The suspect identified himself with an identity document that showed signs of tampering and was arrested for his alleged responsibility in a crime of documentary falsification and, furthermore, for the OEDE in force decreed by the German authorities.

According to the search request, the fugitive would be part of a criminal organization dedicated to the illegal production of amphetamines and international drug trafficking. After his recent arrest by the National Police, the extradition of the fugitive materialized last Thursday, being handed over to the German authorities at Malaga airport under a European arrest and surrender warrant.
