An information area has been established for relatives of the victims in the nearby sports palace, where a team of psychologists cares for them.

Sources from the National Police do not rule out the discovery of more deceased people at the scene, where specialized fire investigation units have been deployed to determine their origin, as well as members of the homicide group of the higher headquarters.

Firefighters from the Murcia City Council and the Fire Extinction and Rescue Consortium of the Region of Murcia have worked to extinguish the flames, which has forced traffic to be cut off on the old Alicante road and at the entrances to the commercial area. and leisure of Las Atalayas.
