The beauty of stone in Osor

Osor is located in a privileged valley in the middle of the Guilleries massif, in the Selva region. This is a town surrounded by mountains, streams and water sources.

One of the most recognized emblems is its old bridge, portrayed in La Vanguardia's Readers' Photos, which is classified as a Catalan heritage asset.

This bridge connects the town that is divided by the Osor stream. The town has wide and large streets, but it also has small alleys that allow us to discover hidden details or better views of the Pont Vell.

Osor has stone streets, as well as very picturesque houses and doors, as can be seen in the images. And it is worth noting that, in one of the streets close to the municipality's church, there is a square where the neighbors have given it a very special and, above all, welcoming touch.

Osor, in addition to measuring its beauty in architecture, is also beautiful in nature. And that is why it has a wide variety of trails to enjoy alone or with the family.

The town is watered by the Ter River to the northeast, which includes the Susqueda reservoir dam, and by the Osor stream, the largest stream in the Guilleries. In short, Osor offers countless beautiful corners that will have people talking for days.
