The first storm of autumn has not yet arrived and the beaches have already lost a large amount of sand and some parts have been visibly affected.
In a couple of days we will see the effects of the storm on the Catalan coast, which will be worse. Starting this Thursday, Storm Aline will leave a strong storm across the entire peninsula with wind gusts close to 100 kilometers per hour, heavy rain, strong waves and the first snow of autumn in the northern mountains, according to the Agency's forecast. State of Meteorology (Aemet).
According to the forecast, a predominance of overcast skies with practically widespread abundant rainfall is expected, occasionally accompanied by storms, which will move from west to east.
Temperatures will drop across the board and sharply, after weeks of anomalous records for the time of year, in many cases close to or exceeding a maximum of 30 degrees.
