Ramos's fight with a fan who scolded him in the middle of a television interview

Sergio Ramos could not have better conveyed the tension that exists in Sevillismo when he faced a fan who was shouting at him from the stands in the middle of a television interview. The Sevilla captain abruptly interrupted his statements to the DAZN cameras to ask for respect and angrily order his follower to shut up.

The center-back asked for respect "to the people and to the shield" in response to some words that the microphones did not pick up, but which managed to interrupt the player's statements. "You have to put up with everything, but hey," Ramos apologized to continue with his speech.

Sevilla gave a poor image against Athletic Club (0-2) in what was coach Quique Sánchez Flores' debut at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán. The coach himself acknowledged in his first statements after the match that Sevilla had played a bad game and attributed part of the poor performance to the numerous absences that the team had.

The coach claimed to understand the whistles that Sevilla received from the stands. "We are sick and every process requires time and patience," he said.
