Police from the Investigation Unit of the Santa Coloma de Gramanet police station (North Barcelona) identified two men as alleged perpetrators of a crime of robbery with violence.
The events date back to March 30, when a man reported that while he was walking down the street he was approached by two men who assaulted him and took gold and diamond earrings, a gold cord and a watch. The images captured by the video surveillance system of a nearby establishment evidenced the degree of violence that the perpetrators used.
The Mossos d'Esquadra Investigation Unit identified the alleged perpetrators of the robbery, two men aged 39 and 33, and an investigation device was launched. The Local Police arrested one of them on April 13 and the second was arrested a day later, also by agents of the Local Police itself.
On April 15, they were brought before the Court of Investigation on duty in Santa Coloma de Gramanet, who ordered the imprisonment of both.
