Unzué, who has become an activist for the rights of people suffering from ALS, has taken a walk in his wheelchair with his wife through Seville. There, as can be seen in a video broadcast by the journalist Jordi Évole, he has been received with praise.
"Unzué, Unzué, Unzué!", has been shouted in some bars in Seville, reminiscent of the chants he received when he was under poles. Subsequently, dozens of people have broken into applause.
Some 25,000 Navarrese have moved to Seville this weekend to give their support to Osasuna. And Juan Carlos Unzué is one of them, since he was born in Pamplona 56 years ago. In addition to Osasuna and Seville, he also played for FC Barcelona, Tenerife and Real Oviedo.
