Tiny hats and tiny aprons are the main pieces of the costumes that the ICU nurses of the neonatal unit of the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona have prepared to celebrate this year's Carnival.
With the help of fathers and mothers, the nursing staff puts a touch of class on these casual dates, with what – without a doubt – will be their first costume. The motif chosen by the nurses has been that of a cook, which, due to the appearance of the hat and the logo on the apron, is reminiscent of the well-known television contest 'Master Chef'.
For six years, health personnel have been enlivening the days around Carnival with this friendly initiative that receives the involvement of the fathers and mothers of the children who are in the incubators.
