Since then, the Mossos d'Esquadra analyzed the security cameras of nearby businesses to locate the child's mother and the person who threw him into the trash can, who turned out to be the same person. They also took statements from residents of the area and analyzed the visits of pregnant women to the Primary Care Center (CAP) in search of any clues.
The investigators have delivered the police report to the investigating court number 4 of Bisbal d'Empordà, which has taken charge of the case, and is expected to be summoned to testify, in the coming days, as an investigator and as a witness in an alleged case. of rape of women.
The first results of the autopsy would not rule out the version given by the mother that the baby was already dead at birth.
