The Lleida Urban Police arrested a 20-year-old young man in the early hours of Saturday morning accused of allegedly attacking a girl in a mass fight on Ivars d'Urgell Street, near a nightclub.
The young man allegedly injured the young woman in the face and broke several of her teeth with blows with a belt buckle.
The 22-year-old victim was evacuated by the Medical Emergency System (SEM) in less serious condition to the Arnau University Hospital in Vilanova de Lleida, emergency sources have reported.
Local police officers found the girl semi-conscious on the ground with injuries to her face and several broken teeth. It was the victim's partner who described the aggressor, who was located near the nightclub.
It happened at two in the morning. Two of the girl's friends were also beaten. According to the Guadia Urbana, there is a complaint of injuries to the girl's face.
