“There's no point in getting dizzy, we have to be demanding. We cannot tell the people of Lleida that we have to wait two years because convoys will arrive from I don't know where,” stated the mayor.

In this sense, he recalled that the transfer of suburban management to Catalonia arrived in 2010: “2023, thirteen years later, the only capital of Catalonia that does not have a suburban plan is Lleida. There is in Tarragona, there is in Girona and obviously in Barcelona.”

Larrosa has highlighted the municipal government's willingness to be demanding to demand the improvement of rail mobility and connections between different modes of transport, including the Lleida-Monzón (Huesca) line.

From the previous mandate, he said that the people of Lleida were “disappeared.” “We did not weigh politically, we did not influence” “At this time _he added_ Lleida claims to have a transcendent role in the life of the country.”

Regarding his first hundred days, which were completed at the end of September, he has assured that the municipal government has already implemented 79% of the first 134 measures that were set as objectives for this period.

In the area most closely linked to the functioning of the administration, the mayor highlighted the implementation of the Mayor's project in the neighborhoods, with which he has already visited Balàfia and the Secà de Sant Pere, or the recovery “with pride” of the institutional content of the Diada de Catalunya and the reformulation of the strategy in relation to the Very High Voltage (MAT) lines that want to cross the city. This Wednesday he has a meeting in Madrid with the Minister of Ecological Transition, Teresa Ribera, to discuss the MAT.

Regarding security and mobility, Larrosa has highlighted that the procedures have begun to incorporate 20 new Urban Guard agents, 16 new ones have already been incorporated in September and that security has been reinforced in commercial areas. and progress has been made in transparency and participation in relation to mobility.

He has also announced the soon presentation of the tax ordinances and has advanced that he has requested a study of the “improper powers” that the Paeria is assuming, payments that would not correspond to the City Council of which it is taking charge.
