Agents of the National Police have arrested a man in the Valencian town of Aldaia for allegedly accessing the home of his ex-partner, through the balcony, descending from the roof, and once inside trying to strangle her and explode the house with them inside . The judge has decreed the admission to prison of the suspect, 54 years old, Spanish nationality and with a police record.
The events occurred on Friday afternoon, around 5:00 p.m., when the agents carrying out prevention work were alerted by the 091 Room to go to a home in Aldaia, where a woman was apparently being attacked, as reported. the police in a statement.
The police officers immediately went to the place where they were requested by a neighbor who told them where the events were taking place. Upon arrival, they observed how the door of the residence closed and intervened to intercept the suspect, who tried to escape by closing the door.
After a brief struggle, in which the arrested man and one of the policemen fell to the ground, the man gave the agent a strong blow, but he reduced it to thus ensure the physical integrity of the suspect, who was "very aggressive."
Next, the agents located a woman inside the house, lying on the floor, with a bleeding wound on her right hand and complaining of severe pain in her neck.
Likewise, the policemen found out that, moments before, the suspect called "insistently" first on the farm phone and then on the door of the home. Receiving no response, he lowered himself, using a television antenna cable, four heights from the roof to the balcony of the house to access it.
When she stopped hearing the knocking on the door, the victim realized that the man was inside the home, so she tried to escape while notifying the police, but was hit by her ex-partner, who hit her and grabbed her arm tightly. to drag her to the sofa where he pounced on her and tried to strangle her.
The agents also found out that, at the time of his arrival, the assailant tried to cause an explosion by manipulating the safety valve of a butane gas bottle with a knife so that it would come out and light it with a lighter.
The man was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of ill-treatment in the family environment. The agents intervened two kitchen knives, scissors and a lighter. The victim was transferred to a health center for evaluation of him.
