In La Vanguardia Readers' Photos we are going to verify that, if you want to enjoy spectacular sunsets, you don't have to go to Santorini or Bali. You have them 35 minutes from Barcelona, in Sitges, on the Garraf coast.

December, with the arrival of cold and clean air, turns this town on the Catalan coast into a non-stop of sunsets, each one better. Orange or lilac tones predominate depending on the day and cloudy conditions.

This photograph is taken from the first breakwater of Estanyol beach, one of those found on the Paseo de la Ribera, frequented by surfers, who like left-hand waves.

We can see in the image how they slide on their boards entering the sea with an orange sky in the background, caused by the candlelight phenomenon.

And if you want to enjoy another wonderful perspective with the silhouette of the church of San Bartolomé and Santa Tecla, I recommend the sunset from the terrace of the Vivero Beach Club.
