From Kendall Jenner to JLo: the groundbreaking looks of the Met Gala post-party

After a Met gala full of outfits that were a tribute to Karl Lagerfeld, the great protagonist of this edition, the celebrities showed their most suggestive side at the afterparty. Dua Lipa, Kendall Jenner or Penélope Cruz were some of the guests who did not leave anyone indifferent with their suggestive outfits full of transparencies and pearls.

Kendall Jenner donned a risky design inspired by a dress that the German designer included in Chanel's spring-summer 1994 collection. The model, who attended the party accompanied by Bad Bunny, with whom she would have started a relationship, did not leave anyone indifferent with a sensual short jumpsuit with transparent sequins that she combined with a black harness, pearl straps and a black thong placed above the main piece.

Rihanna opted for white again to attend the post-Met party with her partner, A$AP Rocky. The one from Barbados wore a set of a cropped jacket and a pareo-type skirt with a striking opening that revealed the gladiator sandals. She completed the look with white sunglasses and pearl necklaces.

Penelope Cruz went back to the Chanel archive to retrieve one of her vintage designs. For the party, the actress chose a minidress from the fall 1991 collection, with a black bodice and a bardot neckline, which she wore with a ponytail decorated with a camellia, Chanel's iconic flower.

Jennifer Lopez dressed in black and white, Lagerfeld's favorite duo, to dazzle with a see-through shirt and a black skirt that she wore with high-heeled pumps. The artist accompanied the look with satin gloves and a black jacket.

Irina Shayk opted for a sports outfit made up of a white tank top and gray jogger pants, with an elasticated waist. The top finished off the look with a burgundy bomber jacket and some striking gold ankle boots with sequins.

Dua Lipa opted for a total black look that reflected the Lagerfeld style, with an ensemble consisting of a cropped top and shorts, a belt and pearl necklaces, leather mittens, sunglasses and a quilted bag and stockings with the Chanel logo.

Gisele Bündchen showed off her legs in a black minidress with a round neckline that she combined with a maxi coat, length to the feet, in the same tone. The Brazilian model opted for a very natural beauty look, with her wavy hair and fresh makeup.

Olivia Wilde was also another of the celebrities who dared with transparencies with this white dress that exposed her black panties and that she combined with platform ankle boots.

Gigi Hadid mixed transparencies and openings with a daring creation made up of a corseted bodysuit and an embroidered tulle skirt. The model defended this design with tulle gloves, pearl jewelry and flattering makeup with white shadows that recreated that pearl tone.
