For the third time in four seasons, the Kansas City Chiefs will be the AFC representatives in the grand finale. Patrick Mahomes, who has been named the season's MVP, and Travis Kelce have led the franchise, which has grown accustomed to reaching the final game of the season. In fact, they were heavy favorites to qualify for the Super Bowl before the season even started.
Less used to it are the Eagles. The Philadelphia franchise has won the NFC championship and will try to win its second Super Bowl in six years.
