Sad day for the audiovisual industry of our country. Daniela Acosta, an actress known for playing some characters in legendary Spanish series and films such as Leaving Class, Lies, Under the Same Sky, El Comisario, Gavilanes, Lalola or My Adorable Neighbors, has died.
The woman was born in 1981 in the capital of Barcelona and, although she began in the world of cinema with small roles in films such as You Can't Have Everything, she did not make the leap to the small screen until she moved to the capital of Madrid.
The person in charge of making public the death of the Catalan artist has been Miguel Ángel Muñoz, a colleague with whom she shared the set and filming in the series My adorable neighbors (MAV), in which Costa gave life to Aitana Sagalés de Somontano.
''I can't believe life. We had a great time making MAV together… Rest in Peace Daniela Acosta. Family and closest friends, I accompany you in the feeling,' the artist expressed on her X account (previously known as Twitter).
The news has shocked hundreds of the artist's fans, since she was only 42 years old and had no known illness. At the moment the reasons why she died are unknown, but many think that it had to be due to an accident or an unexpected health problem.
To pay tribute and bid farewell to the actress, many users of platforms such as X (Twitter) or Instagram have dedicated messages of affection and respect to her: ''I'm in shock. I can't believe it'', ''What a shame, she was so young...'', ''I'll stay stiff, please, I've seen this woman in a lot of series, what a pity for God'', ''Hugs for family and friends'', etc.
