Last Monday, after receiving the judicial request, the president of Congress, Meritxell Batet, asked that it be complied with as soon as possible.

In that letter, Judge Ángeles Lozano Cáceres requested authorization for the items used by Fuentes Curbelo that remained in his office to be delivered to her when it was closed after his resignation at the request of the Socialist Group.

Batet sent the ex officio request to the Congressional Commissioner and the General Secretariat of the Chamber and informed the judge of his decision. Two days later, his request was fulfilled.
