Five entities and the activist with whom a National Police agent had a romantic relationship to infiltrate left-wing independence movements in Girona and Salt for three years have filed a complaint for crimes of torture, psychological injuries and revelation of secrets.
Although they emphasize that they have no confidence in justice, they hope that the investigation will serve to "unmask" who orchestrated "this illegal police operation."
The complaint is both against the agent, who infiltrated using the false name of Maria Perelló, and against "her superiors."
Lawyer Benet Salellas has stated that they have filed the complaint in the Courts of Girona this Thursday, pending its admissibility.
