The children of Lleida this year will have the opportunity to send their wishes to the Three Wise Men of the East in first person. The plenary hall of the Paeria of Lleida will be the setting where the Three Wise Men will receive the children of the city who wish to do so, after the parliaments on the balcony of the town hall building and the subsequent delivery of the keys to the city's houses. by the mayor, Fèlix Larrosa, to their majesties.

The children will enter the room and will have to choose one of the three queues enabled to greet Melchior, Gaspar or Baltasar. According to Larrosa, the Three Wise Men will receive the boys and girls with the goal that "people get to know the headquarters of the city's first institution."

The Three Wise Men of the East will arrive with the Lleida-La Pobla de Segur line train at 5:05 p.m. at the Lleida-Pirineus station to greet the people gathered in the Ramon Berenguer IV square and begin the traditional parade that this year reaches the 89th edition.

The procession will set off at six in the afternoon and will pass through Rambla Ferran, Avenida Francesc Macià, Avenida Blondel and Avenida Madrid until reaching Plaza España and returning in front of the Paeria balcony where their majesties and the mayor will the parliaments.

The parade device has giant elements, music and dance, in addition to the participation of more than a hundred artists and sixty children.

"It will be one of the great days of the city," said Larrosa. "We have to be grateful to the Kings if they bring us water," she said, referring to the forecast of rain in the regions of Lleida during the celebration of the parade.
