Behind the natural jewels of Cap de Salou

In this photograph in Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia we can see the sun shining on the sea from Cap de Salou. Not in vain is it an ideal viewpoint for sunrises and sunsets, but it also shows off treasures from the Mediterranean landscape.

This spot is surrounded by natural jewels, such as thousand-year-old rocks, attractive plants, aquatic birds or the sandy bottoms where Posidonia meadows grow.

It rises to a height of 75 meters in the Talaia area. Its rocky characteristics have facilitated the formation around it of small but beautiful coves, such as Cala Font, Cala Vinya, Cala Crancs or Cala Morisca.

Numerous points are also identified: the Roja tip, the Porroig tip, the Lari tip, the Roja tip, the Prima tip, the Cavall tip, the Salada tip, the Cala Crabs tip or the tip of the street lamp

On our route around Cap de Salou we will also find some beaches, among which it is worth noting Els Capellans beach, Llenguadets beach, Llarga beach and Penya Tallada beach.
