The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested this Tuesday night the alleged author of touching two minors at the Bagà high school, in the Catalan region of Berguedà.
The two students, 12 and 13 years old, have denounced that the author of the touching is a teacher at the educational center.
The families of the two victims filed a complaint at the Berga police station yesterday afternoon and today a man has been arrested in relation to the events at the same police station.
As the ACN has learned, the detainee is a teacher at the center. The mayor of Bagà, Joan Oña, has confirmed that the Alt Berguedà institute has activated the protocol for sexual assault as a result of the complaint by both girls.
"From the City Council we make ourselves available to find out what has happened, get to the bottom of the matter and that responsibilities are cleared up," stressed the Baganese mayor.
