A Chinese businessman living in Malaga receives death threats if he does not pay 300,000 euros

A complaint filed from Malaga put the National Police on the trail. The man had received a death threat from some Chinese compatriots who warned him that he must either pay 300,000 euros or be murdered. Today this criminal organization is considered dismantled and three men aged 21, 22 and 26 have been arrested.

Thus, they had established their base of operations in Madrid, where they have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of the crimes of extortion and membership in a criminal group, the National Police indicated in a statement.

The Robbery Group of the Provincial Judicial Police Brigade took charge of the investigation, managing to identify and locate the alleged extortionists, three men who had their base of operations in the Spanish capital, although they acted throughout the national geography.

Those investigated would have constituted a perfectly structured organization, dedicated to extortion, mainly from businessmen, from whom they demanded significant amounts of money in exchange for not causing serious injuries to themselves or their families.

The three investigated have an extensive criminal record throughout the national territory for acts of the same nature. After their arrest and making them available, the Detainee Guard Investigative Court ordered the arrest of those arrested.
