A 12-year-old minor was critically injured this Tuesday when he was hit by a van in Barcelona.
As municipal sources have informed EFE, the accident occurred around 2:15 p.m. on Paseo Maragall in Barcelona, at the confluence with Navas de Tolosa street when, for reasons that are being investigated, a van ran over a minor.
Due to the impact, the minor has been evacuated in critical condition by emergency services to a hospital.
The accident forced traffic in the area to be cut off for a few minutes and bus lines D50, V25, 19, 47 and 191 to be diverted, although by 3:00 p.m. the situation had already normalized.
