Formula 1 does not rest and brings a weekend full of emotion in China, the fifth round of the world championship. The first sprint of the season will take place at the iconic Shanghai circuit, which has not been visited since 2019. So this weekend will have important activity starting on Friday and there will be many points to distribute.

Thus, 'the great circus' is preparing for a new weekend full of challenges after Max Verstappen once again climbed to the top of the podium in Suzuka, accompanied by his teammate, Sergio Pérez in the second place. In addition, Carlos Sainz repeated the podium once again and enjoyed third place thanks to good team work.

Charles Leclerc was fourth and Lando Norris fifth. For his part, Fernando Alonso was sixth. Thus, after the race in Japanese territory, Mad Max continues to lead the championship with 77 points, followed by Pérez with 64 points and Leclerc with 59. Sainz is fourth with 55 points and is followed by Norris with 37. Alonso, with 24 points, is eighth .

From the air, the circuit offers a stunning view with its design resembling the Chinese symbol for 'shang', which means upward. But that beauty is not limited to the aerial panorama; Drivers on land also enjoy an exceptional experience.

The layout features a unique lap start, where drivers take on the increasingly tight Turns 1 and 2 before darting left into Turns 3 and 4. The excitement increases with the super-high g-force in Turns 7 and 8, while the circuit also boasts one of the longest straights on the calendar, the 1.2km stretch separating turns 13 and 14.
