Two police officers injured in the Tsunami protests ask to be charged in the terrorism case

Two police officers who were injured during the protests against the conviction at the top of the process have asked to exercise the particular accusation in the case of the National Court investigating terrorism on the Democratic Tsunami platform.

This was announced in a statement by the Fuster-Fabra Abogados firm, which already exercises popular prosecution in judicial investigations linked to the process, such as that of the CDR or the Voloh operation, which together with that of Tsunami could end up fitting into the law of amnesty promoted by the PSOE and the pro-independence parties.

In fact, the law firm has shown its opposition to the amnesty law, considering that it represents a "violation of essential constitutional principles in Spain", among them that of equality, effective judicial protection and the separation of powers.

It is for this reason, according to the office, that in an act of "commitment to justice and the rule of law" they have decided to ask to appear as a private prosecutor in the Tsunami Democràtic case, representing two police officers who were "seriously injured." and have suffered "significant disabilities" in the context of the events related to this platform.
