- the Theme was Gin & Bubbles, which got generated a very good atmosphere among the 17 attending mps, including our general, rasmussen, Karsten Lauritzen.

As an Extra Magazine during the day can tell lets a group folketings-politicians themselves attend with various types of alcohol several times per year, where the wine and spiritusbranchen (VSOD, red.) pay the bill.

the Extra Leaf has contacted all of the participants at the last event in the Wine and spiritussocietetet, but only two are returned with answers to our questions concerning their participation.

René Christensen, DF: of Course it is lobbying

'It is the first event I've participated in', writes René Christensen in an email.

'It is quite informal, and I am pleased to participate a second time, if I have time in the calendar.'

'of Course, it is lobbying, but I am a politician and need knowledge from the industries, I do not know so well. I decide fortunately though, what I want to use my knowledge.'

Mogens Jensen, P: Come not as a minister

Danish minister Mogens Jensen (S) is currently in China in connection with export promotion activities. He has even given up being a member of the spiritusklubben, but writes in an email:

’I have never been to an event in the Danish Wine and Spiritussocietet. It comes I also do not have to be, as long as I have food. In addition, I also do not have to participate in events in the Parliament Øllaug, as long as I have food.’
