The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested two men yesterday for a sexual assault on a young woman, of legal age, who allegedly put a substance in her drink in a recreational area of Terrassa to later rape her at home.
According to sources from the investigation, the events occurred last Saturday, May 13, at dawn, when the young woman was partying in an area of bars in Terrassa and allegedly someone put a substance in her drink, which caused a state of semi-consciousness.
Subsequently, the victim of chemical submission was sexually assaulted inside a home. In her complaint, the girl maintains that it was not a group rape, so the Mossos are now trying to find out if one of the detainees was the perpetrator of the sexual assault and the other arrested man did not prevent it.
On the other hand, the Urban Guard of Barcelona arrested, also yesterday, a man accused of having sexually assaulted a girl in a hotel in the Raval neighborhood of the Catalan capital.
The events occurred early yesterday morning. The arrested man and the victim would have met in a nightclub in the area and would have gone together to a hotel that rents rooms by the hour.
Once inside the bedroom, the young woman would have refused to have sexual relations, but as she declared to the police, she would have finally agreed out of fear.
When leaving the establishment, the man forced her to enter a public bathroom located on Arc del Teatre street for her to give him fellatio. The girl would have resisted and the man would have hit her.
The victim reported the events at the Guàrdia Urbana de la Rambla police station and provided the agents with a description of the assailant. The police arrested him shortly after in Nou de la Rambla street.
