Alcalá de Henares, Torrejón de Ardoz, Alcorcón, Fuenlabrada and Aranjuez are the municipalities of the Community of Madrid that can request aid from the residential rehabilitation and social housing program of the Transformation and Resilience Recovery Plan (PRTR) in these next three months. related to Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environments (ERRP) and financed with European funds.

This is a project for the execution of works to improve or rehabilitate buildings predominantly used for residential purposes that can be requested by residents, public administrations and organizations, communities of owners, cooperative societies and tenant companies.

In this sense, applications to rehabilitate the homes in the Lope de Vega, Nueva Alcalá - Tabla Pintora and Reyes Católicos-Los Gorriones neighborhoods of the city of Alcalá can be submitted until July 8.

In the case of Alcorcón, the homes in the Hogar 68, Virgen de Icíar and Universidad Popular, Torres Bellas and San José de Valderas neighborhoods will also be rehabilitated. The application period will end on May 27.

For their part, the neighborhoods of the Old Town and Barraca de Federico García Lorca and Glorieta del Clavel will also be able to request aid until July 8. As for the municipality of Fuenlabrada, the neighborhoods of the Centro and San Esteban districts may apply for subsidies. Finally, homes in the Fronteras, Verde, Inta 1, Inta 2, Cobos, San José and Rosario de Torrejón de Ardoz neighborhoods will be able to submit applications until June 17.
