The Civil Guard requests citizen collaboration to locate the fourth involved in the shooting that ended the life of a person at the Rules dam, in Granada, on July 13, 2022.

So far, within the framework of the Kovac Dep operation, three people have been arrested, two of Serb nationality and one Albanian.

With the investigation open, the agents are now looking for a fourth individual, the author of the shots that left another victim of the shooting a paraplegic. This is Aartan Muharremi, alias Luli, a 36-year-old Albanian nationalized Swedish citizen whose whereabouts are currently unknown.

The shooting took place last summer in the vicinity of the Rules Dam (in the municipality of Órgiva), between people belonging to two international criminal organizations dedicated to drug trafficking. After the crossfire, one man died and another was seriously injured by a firearm.

The day after the events, the Civil Guard arrested two of those responsible for the homicide and it was not until last March that the third arrest took place, in Adra (Almería). This third person involved, who lived with a false identity and posed as Italian, tried to flee through the roof of his house when he was surrounded by the Civil Guard, but the agents ended up arresting him.

The fourth person responsible for the crime is Luli, a man of Albanian origin with Swedish nationality who is using false documents from countries such as the Czech Republic or Slovenia.

The Civil Guard requests citizen collaboration to find this person. Anyone who has data that makes it possible to locate him can contact the Civil Guard telephone number 062 and the Granada Civil Guard Commander's 958185400. Also by email to: gr-pj-personas@guardiacivil.es
