The Investigative Court 2 of Badalona has open proceedings following a complaint filed by several victims to a teacher at a school for online harassment. There are seven victims in person in the procedure.
The person under investigation, who has already testified before the magistrate, is on provisional release with removal from the educational center and removal from four of the victims. As stated in the case, a timely file was opened that has temporarily removed him from his professional practice.

He worked as a teacher in the reception classroom of the Eugeni d'Ors institute in the Sant Roc neighborhood of Badalona. The man harassed the minors through social networks where he made sexual propositions to them. Following a complaint from the center's management, the court opened a case.
