The popular feline was born with a facial deformation that causes his eyes and mouth to be farther apart than normal. However, netizens have admired his face, which has been described as a "Picasso work."
Despite his appearance, Jamie does not feel any pain and is able to eat, meow and play with his siblings without problems. As can be seen in the profile of his owner, Jamie lives with Monty and Molly, two other kittens who also suffer from deformities.
Their owner rescued these felines years ago, which were unjustly abandoned due to their different appearance. Jamie is the third deformed cat to join the family, and he won't be the last.
This is not the first time that these types of pets have been abandoned. In 2016, Picasso the dog was surrendered to a dog shelter when he was just nine months old. Since no one wanted to adopt him, he entered the list of animals to be sacrificed.
