The TikTok account @luchandoporzoe has shared the dog's delicate situation. Zoe's previous owners wanted to euthanize her, so her current owner decided to adopt her and give her a second chance.
As he says in his video, Zoe came into his life through a protector with whom he collaborated several years ago. Her previous owners took her to the vet and decided to euthanize her after learning of her harsh diagnosis; However, the veterinarian opposed euthanasia.
Unfortunately, Zoe has hydrocephalus, an excessive buildup of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain. Due to this disease, the dog needs more care than a normal dog.
