The last installment of MasterChef 11 concluded this Tuesday with the expulsion for the second time of Marta Alguersuari, played last week. However, a complicated cocoa tree led her to take off her apron and one of her great friends on the show, Luca, collapsed and began to cry inconsolably at her departure.
This was not the only moment in which the tiktoker became the center of all eyes. During the outdoor test, the audience clamored for his attitude: she sang and danced instead of cooking before the benevolence of the judges. This indignation increased when Luca claimed to get dizzy and need to get some air. The anger in the networks was enormous.
Social networks have once again charged hard against Luca, the 18-year-old applicant, for not giving his all during the outdoor test. These latest criticisms are due in part to the buzz of possible favoritism by the judges and to the fact that the tiktoker could be the son of a well-known businessman linked to MasterChef.
This, added to the shows he puts on in each installment, has led part of the culinary format audience to definitively explode against him this Tuesday. And it is that, not only he managed to escape from cooking, but he claimed that he had once again suffered dizziness.
MasterChef 11 arrived in Sitges (Barcelona) to carry out its team test at the Vivero Beach Club. There, the applicants had 200 minutes to reproduce the menu of chefs Oriol Castro and Mateu Casañas to feed 30 people. Luca was chosen for the blue team captained by Pilu.
In fact, the captain gave him easier tasks than the rest, such as making juice or puree, so Luca chose to liven up the evening singing, dancing, combing Pilu's hair, and doing all kinds of jokes. A behavior that generated great indignation among the spectators and more so when the judges did not disapprove of said attitude, but rather laughed at it.
As if that were not enough, last night Luca suffered from dizziness again, just as it had happened to him in previous installments. This time the young man asked to leave the kitchens just after making jokes with Eneko. "I'm a little dizzy," he assured while Álex helped him out to recover.
“I don't feel very well, my head is spinning. I prefer to go out, I need to eat. I'm kind of out of place, ”Luca explained before the cameras. Meanwhile, his team had to step up the pace by having one less person during cooking. Shortly after, he returned and explained to Pepe Rodríguez what had happened: "I got dizzy because I had eaten little and with the heat on the beach...".
This accumulation of situations led to harsh criticism from a certain sector of the MasterChef audience, who consider that, apart from enjoying a certain favoritism, Luca is also very prone to evading the tasks that fall to him. I mean, he's lazy.
“What an editing joke”, “More expensive than back”, “He does everything except cook”, “I already sent him to collect olives”, “Luca evading his homework”, “Does he always get pachucho outside? ” or "It is disrespectful", are some of the harsh comments that appeared on social networks during the tiktoker's interventions.
