The man who claims responsibility for the "testicular eclipse" on Mexican television mocks on social networks: "They missed checking it"

There are things that happen only once in a lifetime. And this is what millions of people have experienced this Monday, April 8, with the solar eclipse that could be seen in its entirety in the United States, Canada and Mexico. A phenomenon that was also seen from some Spanish cities, although partially.

Given this, there have been many who have wanted to post videos on social networks about the moment. But if there is something that is being talked about, it is not only this unique astronomical phenomenon, but the slip that Mexican television had when it came to covering it.

The moment in which the moon covered the sun and left parts of the world in total darkness was one of the most viral things yesterday. However, it was more viral when an image was sneaked into the 24/7 news program of the RGC Media group in Mexico that left the presenters paralyzed.

They were commenting on videos and photographs that the users themselves sent to the program when one of them could clearly be seen that did not belong to the phenomenon. Without being able to avoid it, the private parts of a person were seen live doing what was already classified as a "testicular eclipse."

Such was the tense moment that the presenters experienced that one of them had to draw attention, in a veiled manner, to the program so that it would review the videos carefully before broadcasting them on the air. And it has earned criticism and ridicule from thousands of people on social networks.

So much so, that a user has emerged as the executor of this misdeed. "Greetings to all my people from Saltillo who had to watch my balls on television because those at RCG Media neglected to review the video of the eclipse properly. I love you," a man has posted on X (Twitter), attributing authorship and boasting of error.

Although it is not known exactly if the images are of this user's private parts, it was the user who sent the video to the program, as has been stated. And there are many who point out that this has been circulating on networks since 2017. "The anecdote and everything is very funny, but that video was already in the 2019 eclipse in Chile," another person added.

A moment that the Arucer@s program has not hesitated to comment on in Spain. "We have few doubts about the image. We didn't know that eclipses had hair," mocked Alfonso Arús. Later, he made it clear that they themselves have used these images on numerous occasions. However, appearing in a magazine is not the same as appearing in news programs, as has happened on Mexican television.
