The funny calculations of a 'MasterChef Junior' contestant to make a dessert: “I'm more of a lifelong eyeball”

In the fourth program of the tenth edition of 'MasterChef Junior', the little contestant Juana, only 9 years old and from Seville, starred in a fun moment during the outdoor test at Aqualandia, Benidorm. On this occasion, the participants had to make an exquisite dessert: "Dark Chocolate with Hazelnuts."

However, the fun reached its peak when, in the middle of preparing her recipe, Juana was accused by a teammate of having used 35 eggs. Faced with this statement, the young contestant was quick to defend herself against her, ensuring that she had actually used 37 eggs. The situation became even more comical when Samantha Vallejo-Nágera, host and judge of the program, questioned Juana's methods to reach that amount.

"37 eggs? How did you multiply?" Samantha asked, visibly surprised. Juana's response sparked laughter on the set: "Well, she had given me 100 and I said that she would give her less," confessed the Sevillian applicant. The judge did not hesitate to describe the contestant's choice as an "eye meter" and predicted a culinary disaster. "It's impossible for your cake to turn out well," she said.

The uniqueness of the anecdote soon spread to social networks, where the public expressed their astonishment and sympathy towards Juana. Some comments highlighted the contestant's creativity in rounding up the number of eggs needed for her dessert. "Please, the girl has done her 'calculations' for dessert and it came out that she needs 100 eggs. But hey, she started rounding and said '100, 100... I need 100... come on! I echo 37'" said one user.

Another comment noted with humor that, perhaps, Juana needed math classes instead of participating in MasterChef.

This episode, full of innocence and witticisms, has left viewers eager to discover the outcome of Juana's unique culinary proposal and whether her "ojimeter" managed to conquer the demanding palates of the 'MasterChef Junior' judges.
