The well-known drag queen Afrodiziack, 41, died while she was performing on stage at her own venue, the Tiki Tiki Show Copas, which she set up with her husband and is located in the Malaga municipality of Torremolinos. The events occurred around 2:30 in the morning on Saturday, when several calls to the 112 Andalusia Emergency Service alerted to the collapse of the artist on Danza Invisible street.
Despite the efforts of the emergency services to revive Afrodiziack, they failed to recover and her death was certified at the scene. Afrodiziack, whose real name was Javi, was a beloved and respected figure in La Nogalera, an emblematic area of Torremolinos known for its nightlife. She was an artist at the Morbo's nightclub before opening her own place, where her performances were a waste of art, light and color.
