The best dressed at the Venice Film Festival: Isabelle Huppert

A little over a month ago, Balenciaga announced Isabelle Huppert as its new global ambassador. The 70-year-old French actress had agreed to be the image of one of his favorite luxury brands when it came to appearing on the red carpet. "I have always believed that fashion is an art form and I am delighted to be part of this narrative," she said proudly when the news broke.

His first event chosen to officially present himself as the new muse of Demna Gvasalia, the brand's creative director, has been the Venice Film Festival, an edition that has been affected by the strike of Hollywood scriptwriters and actors, who have declined to attend the Mostra.

Huppert arrived on the red carpet of the contest with a look that crowned her as the best dressed to date. The actress attended the premiere of the film Maestro, directed and starring Bradley Cooper, with a spectacular silver outfit signed by Balenciaga.

Isabelle left her speechless upon arrival in a fringed, long-sleeved design with structured shoulder pads, a floor-length maxi skirt and a high neckline. A striking design that she wore with thick boots with a considerable black platform that contrasted with silver, one of the most outstanding colors of this season.

The Frenchwoman completed the look with her hair combed with a wet effect, which was a perfect choice, and makeup that also included silver in the eyes, with a soft shadow with metallic sparkles, and lips in an intense nude color.

Although the Venice Film Festival this year does not have a large presence of well-known faces, the truth is that designs that have caused a sensation have been seen on the red carpet, such as Milena Smit, Amal Clooney or Alice Campello.
