The Aless Lequio Foundation launches a forceful statement in response to the scandal of Ana Obregón's donations

This 2024 has begun with an unexpected war that is making all the headlines: that of Ana Obregón and Alessandro Lequio. And the media Informalia put on the table on January 1 that the actress had not yet paid the money for her exclusive and for the sale of the book The Shrew Boy, as she had promised.

All this has opened a debate about the accounts of the Aless Lequio Foundation, which the count did not like at all. "She may have changed her mind at a given moment, that is her moral question. But the foundation is healthy, young, humble, but we are doing our job," he assured. Now, and given the silence of the presenter, they wanted to issue a statement.

With only eight points, the foundation, which follows the legacy of Aless Lequio, wanted to make it clear that its accounts are totally transparent, and that they have nothing to do with what Ana Obregón does. A writing that is given "in the face of the erroneous and completely untrue news and information that has been happening in recent days through different media outlets."

Among other things, they ensure that the foundation is "properly constituted" and legal. Likewise, affirm that the registered office is "own and independent of the personal address" of the actress, and that its management is in charge of an employee.

After highlighting that the accounts comply with "the legal requirements", the statement has expressed that given the "misinformation with which statements are being made that tarnish the good name of the Foundation", it is clarified that the Protectorate of Community Health Foundations of Madrid is in charge of controlling everything.

And it is in points number five and six where he makes direct mention of the money contributed by Ana Obregón. With this, they wanted to point out what the actress already stated: that the copyright of the book has been donated, but that the liquidation of these will not occur until the month of March.

Although they have addressed several aspects, no reference is made to the interviews and exclusives that the presenter has conducted over the months, one of the objectives of which was to obtain money for the cause. Even so, they thank all the donors, including Ana Obregón herself, for "their efforts and financial contributions."

Finally, they have become especially serious when announcing possible measures against those who report improperly. "All of this, subject to any legal, civil and criminal actions, both for the demonstrations already reported and for those that may continue to occur," they have forcefully settled.
