Tense moment between Sandra Barneda and Chabeli Navarro's lawyer on the 'Caso Bertín': "That's not how it's done"

The situation between Bertín Osborne and Chabeli Navarro continues to advance and give something to talk about in the media. The singer's ex-partner revealed in an interview with Y ahora Sonsoles and Hola magazine that she was pregnant with him in 2021. Osborne ended up urging her to abort her, even taking her to a trusted clinic to speed up the process. This news has gone around all the sets and publications, and there is still a lot of cloth to cut.

This was demonstrated this afternoon by José Manuel Moreno, Chabeli Navarro's lawyer. The lawyer has participated live in an interview for Así es la vida, the Telecinco afternoon show presented by Sandra Barneda. There he has been able to give more additional information about the information that has shaken the pink news this week. However, the collaborators of the program and its presenter have had certain problems to clarify Moreno's statements.

The rocky issue of the question has been the supposed confidentiality contract that Chabeli Navarro would have signed with Bertín Osborne. According to both Navarro and her law firm partner, José Antonio Cumplido, the affected person did not go to court on July 4 to try to revoke that contract, but to resolve issues of a different nature. Trying to get another question clear, Barneda was met with a direct refusal.

"This is not done, that is not the procedure," cut the lawyer, interrupting the question launched by the presenter. The Catalan has tried to insist on the same side, trying to find out if it would be possible to annul that contract that, according to the information collected, would have been signed in her name by a legal representative. Navarro confirmed that this could not be the case, that legal proceedings should be initiated to request the nullity of the contract.

Barneda wanted to know if this procedure had started, even going so far as to slow down its pace and express his confusion with the legal terms. The lawyer has confirmed that this point has not yet been reached, but for the moment "the correct way to do it is being studied and seen." In the same way, Navarro has not wanted to confirm or deny before the collaborators if the signature by a legal representative would have occurred.

The matter of Chabeli Navarro's pregnancy has filled hours and hours in gatherings since it started. The affected person herself confessed how defenseless she felt: “When I found out that she was pregnant, Bertín was traveling and I told him by phone. 'I'm sure it's yours, because I'm only with you,' I told him. Then she told me that if we had the child, he wanted a paternity test, I said yes, of course. He was going to see if he caught me”.
