The Antena 3 program dealt with the topic of fatphobia in one of its blocks. After finishing the current affairs and events table, the presenter got up from the central table of the set to go to the other side of the set, where the social chronicle block was going to begin.
Before starting the section, the presenter confessed that a conflict had occurred in the content meeting minutes before it began. ''I'm already live and therefore I can't attend it, but you have to tell me what happened,'' the presenter said.
The journalist Gema López was in charge of updating Griso about the clash that had occurred between Pilar Vidal and Carmen Lomana. ''I have had no difference with anyone. I have only said my opinion. I think the least important thing is whether you are fat or not fat, it's health,'' said Carmen Lomana. ''I didn't call you fat because I wasn't referring to you,'' Lomana said.

You don't know behind each person who is overweight if there is a hormonal problem, derived from mental health or medication. So since you don't know because you live in your science fiction world, you dedicate yourself to insulting'', declared Pilar Vidal. ''You are making value judgments without any sense. I have not insulted you. Do not lie. "I don't come here to argue," commented Carmen Lomana.
