Raquel Perera, ex-wife of Alejandro Sanz, reveals what is behind the delicate state of the singer: "Sadness is like gas"

Alejandro Sanz is going through a very delicate moment, both personally and professionally. Added to the possible scam at the hands of a close friend who would have left him bankrupt was his breakup with Rachel Valdés, the artist's partner for the past three years.

All this would have triggered the worrying message that Alejandro sent to his followers a few weeks ago, in which he claimed to be "sad and tired" and that caused the reaction of Raquel Perera, the singer's ex-wife, trying to calm the waters. The psychologist, who is also a psychologist, has taken advantage of the publication of her latest book, So You Don't Forget Me, to intervene in Sálvame and speak openly about Sanz's current state.

Perera has assured that Alejandro Sanz "read over" the story recently published by her, while it was being prepared, and that it would make all the sense given the current state of the singer. "I know that he will read it to you again as soon as he has time, and the only thing I can say, and I have repeated it a lot in recent weeks, is that I do not want to be Alejandro's spokesperson," she responded emphatically.

However, the artist's ex-wife wanted to try to explain what could be happening to him based on his psychological knowledge. "In the end, sadness is a bit like gas, which, no matter how small it is, occupies all the space at a certain moment in your life, and I think that Alejandro has expressed two emotions that are very normal: sadness, and sadness. being tired and exhausted", confessed Raquel Perera.

The psychologist went on to explain: "I think it's very normal to feel like this at a certain moment, I think it's something temporary and that it can happen to all of us at a certain moment", to later recognize that "the best medicine is what you are taking : being on stage and with your people".

Asked by Terelu if Alejandro Sanz's bad run could be caused by his financial and family problems, Perera has made it clear: "I don't know exactly, but based on what I can intuit, it could be something that happens to us As I tell you, everyone mixes up a lot of things at a certain moment, like the exhaustion of a tour with a very powerful life like his", he concluded.
