Prosecutor files the case against the Rammstein singer for lack of evidence of sexual abuse

The Berlin Prosecutor's Office has announced the closure of the investigations and the closing of the case against Till Lindemann, vocalist and leader of the German rock band Rammstein, in relation to the accusations of sexual abuse.

The allegations, which surfaced in May, involved several women who claimed they had been sexually abused while under the influence of drugs. However, after careful consideration of evidence, testimony and anonymous statements, the Prosecutor's Office has concluded that there is insufficient evidence to support the accusations.

The Prosecutor's decision is based on the lack of concrete evidence and the absence of testimonies from alleged victims presented directly to the authorities. All the accusations have been made anonymously through the media, without any of the alleged victims appearing before the German police or justice.

Even the statements of the well-known youtuber Kyla Shyx were inconclusive and did not provide evidence to support the accusations.

The accusations had led to controversy and calls for a boycott of Rammstein concerts, as well as the discontinuation of some brands' collaboration with the band. However, the closure of the case has led to the reaffirmation of the position of Lindemann and his legal team, who insist on the lack of foundation of the accusations against him. In addition, they have indicated that they will take legal action against false information in the media and illegal reports on social networks.

The closing of this case highlights the importance of presenting concrete evidence and verifiable testimony in situations of allegations of abuse. The lack of evidence and the absence of direct complaints to the authorities have called into question the credibility of the accusations in this particular case.
