O.J.'s children Simpson and his murdered wife, Nicole Brown, were with him the day he died

Last Thursday the news broke: former American football player O.J. Simpson died last Wednesday, April 10 at the age of 76 due to prostate cancer. The athlete was one of the great protagonists of the social chronicle of the 90s, following the murder of his second wife, Nicole Brown, and a friend of his, Ronald Goldman; in 1994.

A high-profile murder in which he was considered the main suspect, only to be later declared innocent in one of the resolutions that have been considered one of the most shocking in recent judicial history in the United States.

Despite being one of the most well-known and hated men in his country precisely because of that judicial resolution, the former NFL football player lived defending his innocence and with his people believing his testimony. He also died surrounded by his family, including the children he had with Nicole Brown, Sydney (38) and Justin (35).

For many, the fact that Sydney and Justin were present at the last farewell to their father is quite an unexpected move, since their father is famous precisely for being "guilty" of having, allegedly, murdered their mother in cold blood.

According to TMZ, everyone came to visit O.J. Simson to his home in the days before his death, when they saw that his fatal outcome was already imminent. To avoid unnecessary leaks, the former athlete and actor's team made everyone who entered his home - including family, friends or medical team staff - sign a confidentiality contract to ensure his privacy.

Last Friday was when O.J. He began to show the first signs that his illness was killing him, so all of his children were called to tell them the news. The four children of the former athlete quickly came to his side, although it is not known how, when or how long they stayed with his father.

In addition to Sydney and Justin, his children with Nicole Brown; Arnelle (55) - who testified in the high-profile trial in which he was accused of murdering Nicole Brown - and Jason (53), his eldest children, the result of his marriage to Marguerite Whitley, also came to see him.
