Laura Escanes worried her followers this week after announcing on social networks that she would not attend an event due to a nervous breakdown. The influencer is in a very good moment, both personally and professionally. However, the excess of projects could have been the cause of her mental health being affected. This setback has forced the Catalan to cancel some of her plans, such as her attendance at the last of the concerts that Coldplay will give in Barcelona this Sunday. That is why the young woman has decided to give her tickets to one of the men in her life.

It was Thursday when the influencer confessed that an anxiety attack had prevented her from going to one of her professional commitments. ''Today I had a very important event that I won't be able to go to. I have never canceled anything within 24 hours of going because I am always very professional and I highly value the work and effort behind it,'' she declared. ''Anxiety and panic cannot be chosen. These days I've been a bit absent recording all my professional commitments because I knew I had a limit and this week I've blown it'', the influencer said then.

"I've been with anxiety for 48 hours and my body needs to stop," he said. ''By recommendation and by my own decision I have prioritized my mental health,'' she said. Even so, Laura Escanes commented that she felt guilty for not having been able to attend the event. "The pressure continues within me for not being able to give what other people expect of me even in my worst moments," said Álvaro de Luna's partner.

Escanes has decided to focus on his well-being and that is why he has canceled some of his plans, for example, his trip to Barcelona to attend the last Coldplay concert in the Catalan capital. "I had tickets for Coldplay today, but I gave them to my dad and I think it's a good time to upload a video with this song," said Escanes, who shared a video full of images with Álvaro de Luna, with the song by Coldplay Clocks in the background. "You are home", can be read in the publication.

Subsequently, the influencer revealed that her plan for this Sunday afternoon was to go see the movie The Little Mermaid with her daughter Roma, the little girl she had in common with Risto Mejide, from whom she separated last September. In her sentimental field, she looks very happy with the interpreter of Eternal Oath of Salt.

As for the professional, she is immersed in several projects. The young woman continues with her famous podcast, Entre el cielo y las nubes, and now she is about to start a new project on TV3, Catalan television. However, although she has many reasons to celebrate. It seems that all the pressure of these last months has been able to take its toll on the Catalan.
