Mark Zuckerberg makes public the 'monstrous' menu that is usually ordered at McDonald's

Mark Zuckerberg, creator and founder of the social network Facebook and current president of the company, has left his millions of followers around the world speechless after confessing part of his eating habits.

The businessman performs a tough sports routine every day that forces him to maintain a high-calorie diet. As he has revealed in a recent communication, the American ingests at least 4,000 calories a day to "compensate for all the activity" of his exercise regimen.

The 39-year-old man is living a new, more relaxed stage of life and has found a refuge for his insecurities and anxieties in sport. The businessman is very involved in the world of martial arts, a discipline that he trains daily with some of the most famous professional fighters in MMA. His commitment level is so high that he even agreed to a cage match with Elon Musk.

Now, the creator of Facebook has gone viral on the Internet after sharing on Threads, his new social network with which he will compete with Musk, what is usually ordered when he goes to lunch or dinner at McDonald's.

''20 chicken nuggets, a quarter pounder, large fries, Oreo McFlurry, apple pie, and maybe some cheeseburgers for later,'' the creator wrote on his profile on this new microblogging platform. While that sounds like a lot, that menu totals only 2,570 calories, so you still have room to go until you reach your daily goal. Plus, he gets everything he asks for for less than $30.

Faced with the comment that the businessman launched online, Mike Davis, a professional UFC fighter, jokingly responded: "You are in camp! Not McDonalds'', meaning that he was in training stage and he shouldn't eat junk food. The businessman ended the conversation by explaining his situation: ''I'm not losing weight, so I need about 4,000 calories a day to compensate for all the activity. And it's so delicious...''

Zuckerberg is quite an athlete. Last June, the American managed to improve his personal best and completed the grueling workout known as the Murph Challenge, which involved carrying out 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and a 1.6-kilometer run. In addition to finishing without problems, the entrepreneur managed to be part of the first 200 to complete the exercise table, something difficult to achieve if we take into account that there were tens of thousands of people.

He is also getting stronger every day in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a sport that he loves and practices every day. Last May, Mark participated in his first tournament in this discipline and won a gold and a silver medal. Also, just a month ago, he became a blue belt in the sport.
