Laura Londoño reveals that she couldn't stand William Levy filming 'Café con aroma de mujer': "We fought a lot"

It was one of the most talked about relationships of 2022, even if it was in fiction: the one formed by the Cuban William Levy and the Colombian Laura Londoño in the soap opera Café con aroma de mujer. A couple that managed to conquer millions of viewers around the world with their story, and it is not surprising, since the chemistry between Sebastián and Teresa “Gaviota” was worthy of study.

But if on screen they managed to convince all the viewers and their followers that they loved each other deeply and could not live without each other, the reality on the filming set could not be more different. Laura Londoño herself has revealed why, and that is that for the Colombian actress working with Levy turned out to be more complicated than it seems. The reason, they did nothing but fight with each other.

Despite the great popularity of fiction, not everything was as simple as it might initially seem. Almost from the beginning of filming, rumors of a bad relationship between the leading couple began to emerge. The Colombian actress was consulted about these rumors at the time, and she already dropped that “although it was not always like this, it is like life itself”; As time has passed she has given more details.

“He comes from an industry that has more experience than ours. In Colombia we have a way that sometimes can be a little more naive when faced with this industry from which he comes, but that is neither good nor bad, it is simply different," the actress confessed in an interview with People.

It was precisely the Cuban's way of working that complicated his relationship with the actress, causing them to fight all the time. “There were moments when I said, but why is this man like this with me? “What's wrong with him?” Londoño says about his partner.

“We fought a lot during the recording. In the end we had slightly different points of view about what we had to do, and also slightly different working methods,” she confessed to Tania Llasera in a recent interview. Some tensions that, however, did not prevent them from becoming great friends at the end of filming.

The actress has no doubt that she would work with the Cuban again after having starred in the Telemundo hit, because leaving aside all her fights, she learned a lot on a professional level alongside the actor. What's more, the Colombian took advantage of it to send her beloved Sebastián a direct message: “Willy, I love you, I love you, I adore you. We fight because we are unbearable on set, but other than that, he knows that I love him and I know that he loves me.”
