Laura Escanes' "important note" that annoys her detractors: "You don't accept criticism"

Laura Escanes is going through a somewhat difficult time. The Catalan influencer reported a few days ago that she was forced to cancel her participation in an event due to an anxiety attack, as she is going through a very stressful time. It is not the first time that the young woman has had to take a break in this regard, and it is that her work in her networks is very demanding, especially when dealing with detractors and critics of all kinds.

Precisely in this regard, the Catalan shared an appointment on Instagram. An "important note" in which it was remembered that only she knew the truth of what she wanted to happen in her life. A message that her detractors did not like very much, something that they let her know immediately, criticizing her exposing herself on the networks if she suffered precisely because of it.

"Today I read a sentence that said: 'Only the owner of the house knows where the leaks are.' Says the quote shared by the influencer, from another social network account.

However, his detractors were quick to criticize the choice of the appointment, questioning his decision to work and expose his life on social networks. Comments like "I don't understand then why you expose yourself", "it's the price you have to pay for your work" or "Having depression gives us more likes? Humans tend to drama".

Others, luckily, were much more empathetic, despite the criticism. "Whoever does not expose himself, does not receive criticism. If you live from what is published on social networks and you have them open to comments, of course you expose yourself to criticism", comments another of her followers, who adds a reflection on the influencers of today: "I don't understand what they think when they upload photos, that they're only going to receive applause? How necessary it is to regulate being a content creator and establish limits and conditions (for them too)".

The influencer also had a multitude of messages of support and advice, which applauded her words and encouraged her to rest as necessary until she recovered. As many pointed out, "anxiety and depression do not understand sex, religion, or economic position."

"Anxiety and panic are not chosen," Escanes herself said just a few days ago, after announcing to her followers that she had "reached her limit" after weeks of tension. The recent changes in her life and the increased workload begin to take their toll on all levels, but luckily she has been able to identify that she was about to overwhelm him in time.

The Catalan confessed in 2020 that she suffered from anxiety since she was very young, even suffering from anxiety attacks when she was in class. "It could happen to me at any time," she assured, explaining that the panic attacks were so intense that she could end up fainting.
